I believe that Greece and the Greek people have been responsibly living up to a programme of change, stability and growth.

But the challenge today is not what we, as member states or nations, are doing to shore up our economy.

The challenge is a collective one now: more integration, strong decisions.

We all have to live up to our responsibilities.

This is the challenge.

Every leader must live up to his or her responsibility.
